The left navigation buttons will still be driven by security, so you will only see the buttons you have access to. If you don't have access there will just be less choices on the left. As far as multiple sessions of the application we haven't got that far yet. On the international phone numbers, for the main screen you will just see it displayed as an international number, on the edit screens it will work similar to how it does today. There is a lot of information I still need to build into the prototype, so as I add more I will make additional blog postings so you can see how information such as the account profile is viewed and edited.

It is looking good Joe, I do have a few questions:
Do the buttons display enven if the user does not have access?
How do the buttons display with limited access?
Can I have more than one sessions at a time?
Will there be International telephone indicators?
What about order related information such as acccount profiles?

Thanks for the feedback!

Given your requests here, I think you'll be very happy with what you're going to see come out of the re-design. Almost everything you've mentioned here has been captured in the User Voice enhancement site, and a big reason we wanted to approach this with a new perspective.

Please contact Joe to become part of the design team if you're not already and watch the quick screencast he'll post tomorrow to get a good idea of where this is going. We'll be holding regular design sessions soon and will share the vision and mission of this re-design. Your feedback is very helpful in creating a product you and other users will enjoy using.

1. How about adding to the Name, Address, Phone Tab a specific field for CELL numbers at least two additional fields for his and her.
2. The Agent Tab why not add a field for the agent's contact e-mail address and the ability to email from that screen
3. What about a specific tab with a check box to list of all the (chargeable) accessorial such as day certain, shuttles, extra labor, overtime, 3rd party . A quick and easy spot for the rating clerks to check out prior to releasing. Ultimately it would be nice for this to tie into the mainframe and alert the clerk when an accessorial charge hasn't been entered to prevent rating errors.
4. Van Operator tab where the driver information, cell number, e-mail etc downloads from mainframe as well as have the ability to e-mail from that screen.
5. Have the quote tab for special services receive the quote downloads from mainframe.

[...] As we wrap up the work for the Spring 2010 release we have begun planning for the Fall 2010 release. I’ve got to tell you that we are excited about how the Fall release is shaping up and wanted to share that excitement with you. With the Fall release we are planning on knocking off the next two big items you’ve voted for on UserVoice. Those two items are the ability to import cash receipts from Excel or CSV directly into Payment Management and the navigation changes shared in a previous blog. Later, a second system was developed, to manage electronic documents, i.e., all those documents, or files, created on computers, and often stored on local user file systems. The earliest electronic document management (EDM) systems were either developed to manage proprietary file types, or a limited number of file formats. Many of these systems were later referred to as document imaging systems, because the main capabilities were capture, storage, indexing and retrieval of image file formats.
